Rent AuthenticSF for Workshops & Coaching Office Space

Host your workshop in our beautiful, centrally located building in the SOMA district, 3 blocks from Civic Center BART. We typically accommodate groups up to 45. The front has a 16' high ceiling and an open, unobstructed space of 32'x21'. The back is divided into two floors; the upstairs has a large space 32'x27'. There are three small offices for privacy or small group work, a kitchenette, and 3 bathrooms (2 are wheelchair accessible).

Coaches & therapists: enjoy one of our three offices that rent by the weekday (Monday - Thursday).

We have logistical information for workshop participants (parking, restaurants, hotels, etc.)

We have been hosting our own workshops in the building since September 2007. Although the setup has been well-tested, we always welcome feedback and suggestions for improvements.

Full payment is required to secure your rental. A 100% refund is available up to 30 days before the event. Cancellations made less than 30 days before event are not eligible for a refund. Offices rented by the month will be billed once a month.

FAQ

Can I rent an office by the hour?
No, offices are available to rent by the day (Monday - Thursday, all day up to midnight). Three offices are available. As of this posting, all offices are available for rent Mondays and Thursdays, with one upstairs office available Tuesdays & Wednesdays.

How private are the offices?
All offices have sound screen machines available. The two smaller upstairs offices are side-by-side. To access all offices requires walking through the main space. During weekday evening hours, group events will be taking place in the main space.

Do weekend workshop rentals include use of the offices?
Yes, the entire building is rented to you & your group only.

Are special rates available to non-profit groups?
No, with our apologies. At this time our accounting system is not set up to offer a discounted rate to non-profits.

What are the parking options?
We recommend public transportation. We are 3 blocks from Civic Center BART. For parking options, click on the logistical information link.
